The Witrik has several names in the Netherlands. The same cow, but 10 different names. These cows can be recognized because of their white back. It is not an official cow breed, but the color can be seen at for example Holsteins. The white can be noticed from the neck until the back. The cows have a white belly and tail. This color variety was first seen in 1344, and has never left the Dutch landscape. I paint them in black/grey. They are very spotty and this is the way I painted them too. These sets can be combined with other cow breeds.
