The rare Austrian breed of Pinzgauer is cultural heritage of the country. They are calm animals that graze on the lower altitudes of the mountains. They are mainly existent in the South of Germany and Austria, where they graze outside all year long. The Pinzgauer cow has chestnut-brown sides and a broad white stripe lengthwise along the back, legs and tail. They are beautiful animals which are wonderful to paint. Its auburn colour is just stunning!
